Tasting

Sometimes, it’s hard to decide which wines and spirits will best suit your personal taste. That’s why we offer wine tasting for free with the exception of our specialty wines and our distilled spirits. We are open for tastings every day of the year except New Year’s Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Our regular hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We close early at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.  

Tours

We provide free guided tours daily. However, we ask that you please call ahead at least 48 hours in advance so that we may provide you with the best experience possible. If you decide to come by for a tour without calling ahead, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, we are a working winery and distillery; and touring availability depends on our production schedule and the availability of a tour guide.

All tours are guided.  Please allow a minimum of 45 minutes to tour our rustic facility, taste our award winning wines and spirits, and browse the gift shop. Free parking is provided. There is an outdoor picnic area. We are wheelchair accessible and there are no stairs to access the tasting room, gift shop, or the cellar.

We welcome groups (12 or more) and bus tours with a 30-day advance notice so that we may provide you with the excellent service that you deserve. For groups or bus tours, there is a nominal fee.

Alcoholic Serving Policy

At Conneaut Cellars, we check I.D. We do not sell or serve wine or spirits to anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear to be a visibly intoxicated.
